we have moved all members to this new beta site! everyone has been moved from the old data base to the new site data base. When this occures the new data base senses the change and issues everyone a new secure password unknown to anyone. In order to use the new site members will have to click on retrieve password at which time the new password will be sent to the members e mail address of record. If this address is no longer valid then the member will have to send a note to the management via the contact form to have the password manually reset. Any member who wishes to be dropped completely will only need to send a message to delete their account where we will sadly but willingly comply.

Why are we doing this:

1, Originally the group site was for posting local events then evolved to a wide ranging bullitin board. As the posibiites were seen to expand we started developing the site as not only a message board but a dating site also. The new scrips alow us to expand these services.

2, The script we moved to where not fully compatible with all our needs and we found that the addons and plugins were full of bugs which caused us to continuelly look for better platforms.

3, We feel the new platform on this site not only works with less problems and bugs but will allow us to update more easily as times and needs change. Hopefully this will be the last time we need to make a change that inconveniences you our members and gives you a better easier way to intermingle with new and old friends.
